How to: Create a single-column report.
Solution:
Select the 'Reports' tab and click 'New', then click 'AutoReport: Columnar'.
1) If the Database window is not activated, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Report' tab.

3) Click 'New'. (The New Report dialog box appears.)
4) Select 'AutoReport: Columnar' from the list. (The Report Wizard dialog box appears.)

5) Select the table or query to use from the 'Choose the table or query where the object's data comes from' drop-down list box.
6) Click 'OK'. (The Report is generated and displayed in Report Design view.)
